We support providers with guidance, training, and regular visits.
Become a Home Child Care Provider
Providers may be asked to submit:
• Resume
• Valid CPR/First Aid with infant/child component
• Vulnerable Sector Check
• Immunization records
• Medical note confirming fitness to work
• Willingness to complete required training
• Agreement to follow agency policies and licensing requirements
